Event Description

The TI-Innovator™ Hub with the TI-Nspire™ CX graphing calculator are powerful tools for introducing physical computing to students.  Participants will write code to program and build working solutions that actuate a red-green-blue LED, a single red LED, a brightness sensor and a built-in speaker.  Ease into the world of coding with TI-Technology through a series of differentiated, collaborative tasks.  We may even have a surprise visit from the TI-Innovator™ Rover as we explore introductory robotics!

Certificates of Participation

Certificates stating 12 hours of Continuing Professional Education hours (CPE credits) earned can be downloaded from the UTakeIt dashboard after the participant has completed the online course evaluation. Any questions about certificates should be directed toward the contact person listed on this page.

Registration

When you are ready to register, the system will ask you to login. You will need to log in with your UTEID and password. If you do not remember your UTEID and password you can click on the “I forgot my UTEID or password” link. Accommodations and Transportation

All participants are responsible for their own transportation and lodging arrangements and payments. If your institution is paying for your lodging, a copy of the Texas Hotel Occupancy Tax Exempt form is provided and should be printed and turned in to your hotel upon arrival.
