WeTeach_Python

This hands-on workshop for educators explores advanced concepts and strategies of programming in Python.

Middle School High School Advanced Text-based Programming Python

Prior programming experience in Python is required for this course. This class explores advanced concepts and strategies of programming in Python.

After the workshop, participants will be able to:

  • Use Jupyter notebooks to develop Python scripts
  • Use Python data science tools to tackle data analysis problems
  • Use the linux command line
  • Access and use high performance computing (HPC) resources
  • Program simple parallel programs for HPC using MPI and Dask

I believe by having this knowledge is key in exposing students to more knowledge in the field of CS. I will be using google collab and jupyter books in the future from now on!"
