Event Description

The WeTeach_CS Summit is the premier venue for connecting with teachers and district leaders who are now implementing computer science, cybersecurity, and integrated computational thinking in K12. We have seen tremendous increase in enrollment for our Computer Science and Cybersecurity professional development now that Texas districts receive dedicated funding through their CTE allotment, and encourage you to join us as an exhibitor on June 22-24, 2020. This event will be on the shores of the San Gabriel River in Georgetown, TX, just outside of Austin.

We also encourage all exhibitors to ensure their company is a signatory of the Student Privacy Pledge from https://studentprivacypledge.org  The signatory status of your company or organization will be noted in the program.

Sponsorships are also available at the following levels:
  • Conference SWAG Bag for $3,000 - Your logo will be featured on conference materials; you can provide an insert or branded promotional material for the bag.
  • Reception Sponsor for $6,000 - Includes an opportunity to briefly address the entire audience during a plenary event
All conference sponsors are also recognized on our WeTeach_CS Summit website, program, and through social media. 

 

Registration

When you are ready to register, the system will ask you to login. You will need to log in with your UTEID and password. If you do not remember your UTEID and password you can click on the “I forgot my UTEID or password” link. If you need a UTEID created, click on “I need a UTEID” from the login screen. For more UTEID information Click here.

Cost

  • Single Booth: $800 (10' x 10') - includes 2 staff members
  • Double Booth: $1300 Double Booth (20' x 10’) - includes 2 staff members
  • Additional staff members can be added for $100 per person
