The WeTeach_CS Summit is the premier venue for connecting with teachers and district leaders who are now implementing computer science, cybersecurity, and integrated computational thinking in K12. We have seen tremendous increase in enrollment for our Computer Science and Cybersecurity professional development now that Texas districts receive dedicated funding through their CTE allotment, and encourage you to join us as an exhibitor on June 20-21, 2022. This event will be on the shores of the San Gabriel River in Georgetown, TX, just outside of Austin (Sheraton Austin Georgetown Hotel & Conference Center).

COVID-19 Protocols

The WeTeach_CS Summit will be following all COVID protocols put in place by the Georgetown Sheraton. Current protocols do not require proof of vaccination or mask wearing but all Sheraton staff will be masked. Attendees are encouraged to wear masks in crowded areas. If these protocols change due to changing pandemic conditions, all registrants will be notified by email.

Cost

• Booth: $600 (10' x 10') - includes 2 staff members, 1 6ft table, black tablecloth, 2 chairs, access to one electrical outlet
• Double Booth: $1000 (20' x 10’) - includes 2 staff members, 2 6ft tables, black tablecloths, 2 chairs, access to one electrical outlet
• Additional staff members can be added for $100 per person

• 2 Days of engagement with attendees and a dedicated Exhibitor Fair (Monday, 3:30-5:00pm)

When you are ready to register, the system will ask you to login. You will need to log in with your UTEID and password.
