Kat Rector is a Business Development Manager with a proven track record in spearheading transformative tech consulting initiatives, strategizing managed services projects, and providing innovative and creative staff solutions. With a passion for community engagement within the tech sector and a reputation as an avid networker, she brings a unique blend of expertise, insight, and personal experience to her role at Akkodis and the Austin community.

Coming from both sides of the staffing industry, Kat works with both candidates and clients to improve hiring successes. On the candidate side, she specializes in resume review, LinkedIn coaching, interview prep, and establishing your network. On the client side, she excels in improving hiring processes and acting as an SME in forecasting, project resource planning, and bridging skill gaps.

Kat is the organizer of Austin Tech Events, an Austin ISSA Board member, and a volunteer within half a dozen local technology groups.
