With A.I. transforming industries, it’s no surprise it’s shaping classrooms nationwide. Join WeTeach_CS at the Texas Advanced Computing Center for an impactful event supported by Google, IFML, and the Texas CS Pipeline, crafted for middle and high school educators from across the state. Discover how to bring A.I. into your teaching practice, align it with TEKS, and prepare students for the future.

At this event, you’ll:

This one-day event is scheduled for December 13, 2024 from 7:30am -3pm CT and participation is available via application.  Space is limited, so get your applications in soon!!

How do I sign up?
You can apply to participate by filling out this application. Registration is quick and simple, and should not take more than a few minutes to complete. Participation is limited to 60 middle and high school formal educators and those who work with those student populations. The deadline to apply is November 4, 2024.

What is the event cost?
This event is free and available to all thanks to Google, the Texas CS Pipeline, and the Institute for Foundations of Machine Learning (IFML). Breakfast, lunch, and beverages will be provided. 

What if I'm not in the Austin area?
Still apply! We can provide scholarships to cover transportation to Austin and lodging for the event.
